I find it amazing how the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box always delivers. I enjoyed every product in the August box, which doesn’t usually happen.

Adorn Cosmetics Mineral Loose Illuminiser- RV $5
Green & Gorgeous Organics Lavender & Bergamot Organic Dry Shampoo- RV $7.99
Deco Miami Nail Polish in ‘Petit Palm’- RV $12.50
Derma E Purifying Daily Detox Scrub- RV $2
Yes To Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Facial Wipes- RV $5.99
I already own one of the Pacifica Lip Tints and I love it. I’m so happy to have another shade. These provide a subtle hint of colour and shine while acting just like a lip balm. It leaves my lips super soft and hydrated. ‘Vanilla Hibiscus’ is a nice light, frosty pink that is perfect for summer.
I’ve been getting so many highlighers from beauty boxes recently. A girl can only be so shiny! This illuminiser is a lovely shade of light pink that gives a fantastic amount of shimmer. I’m probably going to use this up pretty quick since it’s only a sample.
I’m usually not a fan of non-spray type dry shampoos. I find them to be far too powdery and visible in my dark hair. The Green & Gorgeous Lavender & Bergamot dry shampoo is the colour of powdered sage and actually blends very well. I love the floral, earthy scent. At first I didn’t think that this product was as volumizing as other dry shampoos I’ve used, but after about an hour my hair looked awesome! This dry shampoo really sucks up those oils and makes your hair look fresh.
I adore mini nail polishes! This bottle from Deco Miami is the absolute cutest and comes in the best packaging. I received the colour ‘Petit Palm’ which is a pastel green/blue. I don’t really know if I like the colour that much. I’m not huge on pastels. The formula is pretty good. It’s a bit thin, so I needed three coats to make it opaque. I’m horrid at painting my nails and they always chip on the second or third day, therefore I don’t know if this polish lasts very long.
The Derma E Purifying Daily Detox Scrub is great! It provides a gentle, but through, exfoliation. My face felt so clean and glowy after using it. Highly recommended.
I don’t really use face wipes. I don’t feel like my face gets clean enough without a through washing. These wipes feel very soft and left me feeling refreshed after using one on a hot and humid day. I didn’t notice any differences with my skin after using.
Swatches in natural daylight and warm indoor light, (top to bottom): Pacifica Color Quench Lip Tint in ‘Vanilla Hibiscus’ and Adorn Cosmetics Mineral Powder Illuminiser.
The Vegan Cuts Beauty Box costs $22.95 per month and contains 4-7 deluxe sized samples and full sized products. From my experience, a lot of what comes in the box is deluxe sized skin and hair care samples, which is good if you’re looking to try new things. Overall, I really like getting this box and feel like it’s worth the price.
