November 2016 Vegan Cuts Beauty Box

I liked November’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. I thought the products chosen were well suited for the change in weather and the coming of the dry, dark, winter season. The Vegan Cuts Beauty Box costs $22.95 per month and contains 4-7 deluxe sized samples and full sized products with this specific box being valued at over $50.

Red Apple Lipstick in Twist ‘N Pout– RV $23.50. As I’ve said before, I ADORE Red Apple Lipsticks. If you do not own any, I fully recommend buying one. They are cruelty-free, paraben-free, AND gluten-free. I love how smooth the application is and how moisturizing these lipsticks are. Twist ‘N Pout is a lovely light pinky coral shade and is vastly different than the four other RALs I already own.

Nubian Heritage Patchouli & Buriti Bar Soap– RV $4.99. I feel like I’ve been surrounded by bar soap lately. I’m a liquid soap kind of girl, but this bar is a pretty great product. The scent is very pleasant and not a bit overpowering. It lathers very well andI feel that my skin is quite soft and moisturized after using this bar. It does make the floor of my shower a little slippery compared to other bar soaps I’ve used.

DermOrganic Intensive Hair Repair Masque– RV $6. I enjoy a good hair mask as my hair is slightly damaged from regularly styling with heat products and years of dyeing. I’ve been using this mask once a week and have seen a nice difference in the ends of my hair. I’ve used products that I feel have repaired my hair better, but this is still a great product.

NCLA Designer Nail Wraps– RV $16. This product was okay. The marble print was super cute and looked awesome on/ I received so many complaints on my polish skills and had to tell everyone that they were just wraps. These are much easier to apply than other nail wraps. I like that you don’t need to use any heat to soften the wrap and bond it to your nail.I hated how destroyed my nails were after removing these. They only lasted about a week for me because I can’t stand when wraps start peeling. When one nail wants to come off they have to. After peeling these wraps off, my nails looked and felt so brittle and started peeling, especially at the tips. I’ve had to file my long natural nails down super short and even had to file off some of the corners, (I prefer to keep my nails square shaped).
