The majority of the products included in the October Benevolent Beauty Box are totally out of my comfort zone which makes this box very fun to me. I love having products that I normally wouldn’t buy, (for whatever reason), to play with.
I went through a whopping 33 items in October! I’m so happy I was able to use up so much and that some of these are products I’m looking forward to purchasing again.
I was very happy with the Fall Quarterly Vegan Cuts Makeup Box. This season’s box contained four full sized products valued at $154. For only $39.95 per quarter, that a pretty awesome deal!
Juice Beauty PHYTO-PIGMENTS Liquid Lip in ‘Gwyneth’- RV $24
Au Naturale Organic Creme Eye Shadow in ‘Ivory’- RV $20
I really enjoyed the September Benevolent Beauty Box. I loved that this box included so many different types of items and all of them are great.

I didn’t quite finish up a few of the products that I was trying to get through last month, but I was able to purge a significant number of things. I’m trying to declutter a bit and I keep finding so many 10+ year old products!
I was so excited back in June when I found out I won my July Benevolent Beauty Box. Winning things is always awesome, but winning an amazing beauty box made me the happiest girl! I received my shipping notification and patiently waited for my box. After a few days it still said the my box was in Pre-Shipping, so I waited some more. When it hit the two week point after receiving my tracking information, I e-mailed Benevolent Beauty Box and asked if they could possibly help me find my package. Rachel was so lovely and helpful. When she figured out that the box was lost, she offered me a number of different options to make up for it and I chose to receive a new box. Some of the items that were supposed to be in July’s box were out of stock, so Rachel offered to let me pick some items from past boxes to fill out the box. At the time, the company was also offering a free item promotion to receive a bonus item from a past box, so she included that in my July box as well. After all that, I got my July box and couldn’t be happier with the products or Benevolent Beauty Box’s superb customer service.
The products I received from the July box were:
Earth’s Beauty Shea & Aloe Lipstick in ‘Summer Quartz’- RV $15.95
Makeup Eraser Mini- RV $12
Medusa’s Makeup Electro Eyeshadow in ‘Electro Purple’- RV $8
Mirabella Mineral Highlighter in ‘Glowing Coral’- RV $40
My replacement/bonus items were:
Red Apple Lipstick in ‘Gypsy Soul’- RV $23.50
Red Apple Lipstick in ‘Plum Sexy Crazy’- RV $23.50
Trust Fund Beauty Lipgasm Lipstick in ‘Try To Be Nice’- RV $10
Vegan Cuts recently launched a new quarterly subscription box specifically for makeup lovers. I really questioned subscribing to this because I don’t really need more makeup right now, but curiosity won out. I was really happy with this first box and I’m going to stay signed up, at least for now!

Pacifica Dream Big Lash Extending 7 in 1 Mascara- RV $16

Once again, I was extremely happy with my Benevolent Beauty Box. If you love makeup and/or subscription boxes and don’t already get this one, you really need to. June’s box is worth over $118 and contains fantastic products.

I’ve become such a sucker for subscription boxes. It’s super exciting to get a package full of goodies every month. Some boxes post spoilers on their social media containing featured items from the box and some are complete surprises. I’ve only been getting subscription boxes since November 2015, but in that time I’ve signed up for four for me, (one of which I’ve cancelled), and one for my little sister.
Benevolent Beauty Box is the newest box I’ve subscribed to. I learned about it from a cruelty-free lifestyle group I’m in on Facebook. This month’s box was their first and I was very excited to be a part of something new!
